Product or service reviewed: emergency maintenance

Troy responded immediately to our call due to a referral from a previously satisfied customer. he showed up at the time agreed and couldn't have been more personable or knowledgeable. He checked out our HVAC unit that was not working and explained what he thought the problem was and had it fixed in about an hour. His price was right and he will have all our HVAC business going forward. We also like to support a growing, independent business that can excel at the job! Highly recommended!

Troy Clark, the Owner of Sterling Heating & Air is very honest and dependable. He is very knowledgeable, takes the necessary time to listen to your concerns and fully diagnose the issues, and thoroughly provides the information about what is wrong with your systems and the best path forward. Both times he has been to our house has been for Emergency repairs. We are now taking advantage of his very reasonable service plan to prevent the last minute emergency service calls going forward. I highly recommend Sterling Heating & Air for any of your HVAC needs.

Troy is an absolute professional. Hes come to my rescue several times repairing the AC and furnace. He always takes the time to explain what is wrong, what my options are to fix it, and what he recommends I do in the future to maintain my system. He does great work and is trustworthy, competent, and kind. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

What an amazing company to do business with. As a first time homeowner, I was very confused and nervous about getting a new HVAC system. Troy and his team were able to walk me through the process of picking the best system for my home. As they inspected my home they also explained every detail of how the new installation would take place. They were quick to answer my phone calls and even came back by for a check up on my home. I suggest anyone needing a new system to work with this company. 10 out of 10, I would recommend.
